About Me (Jamie Sue)

I love to cook and more specifically bake! Recently I have found out that I am allergic to eggs, soy, yeast, and onions. Pretty sad. My doctor said I can have small amounts of these ingredients when they are in other things. Like onions in ketchup or stock and soy in chocolate. At home I try my best to avoid them because when eating out you really never know what you are getting. So I will share my trials with you and hopefully make some great allergy friendly recipes.
